You’ve made the decision to do a little reno and upgrade at home or the office and you’re wondering how you can help prepare for our arrival. We want this process to be as easy and hassle-free as possible for you but there are a few things you can do to help and prepare for our visit. We ask that you would remove all pictures, paintings, curtains, and such off the walls. Remove all furniture that is close to the walls, remove all socket coverings. and unplug any electronics. We will make sure all the furniture and flooring are covered and will remove all our garbage afterward.
When we arrive we will do some cleaning of the surface to ensure maximum adherence of the paint which also ensures that it lasts as long as possible. We will tape around all the baseboards and lay down drop sheets to protect your furniture and floors. We will caulk and gaps we find and sand down any rough patches before we start to paint. After it’s all said and done we will clean up after ourselves. We’ll pick up all garbage and wipe up any spills.
